Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use") carefully before using the purecannabox.com website (the "Service") operated by Pure Canna Box LLC or PCB ("us", "we", or "our"). Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Does Pure Canna Box accept returns?
All Pure Canna Box purchases, both subscription and Shop purchases, are nonrefundable and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund.
If you have received a damaged product, or if you are missing a product, please email our Support Team at support@purecannabox.com within two (2) weeks of delivery, and we will assist you with getting the item replaced! In order to help us expedite replacement of any damaged product, please include a photo of the damages when reaching out to our Support Team.
If your delivery is missing, we must be notified via email within two (2) weeks of receiving your tracking information. If Pure Canna Box is not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Pure Canna Box.
What is your cancellation policy?
Monthly Members can cancel their Pure Canna Box subscription(s) at any time before their next renewal date to prevent the subscription from renewing. There is no cancellation fee.
If you are unsure when your next renewal date is, please send an email to support@purecannabox.com and we can look into this for you or look in your account preferences.

Can I pause a subscription?
Unfortunately at this time, ypu can only cancel a subscription. Monthly Members can cancel their Pure Canna Box subscription(s) at any time before their next renewal date to prevent the subscription from renewing. Please log into your accounnt and update your preferenes.

Subscription: Continuous payment products (subscription boxes) are available on the Website. By paying for an order and accepting the terms and conditions you agree to pay us the upfront prepaid amount and/or recurring subscription fees indicated for that service. Recurring payments will be charged on a standard prepaid basis on the 15th of the month for normal subscribers as the published price. You can cancel or skip a period anytime and you will have prior email notification that your subscription box(es) are getting ready to renew in two (2) business days. Subscription plans already paid for are not refundable. You simply skip or cancel your next billing cycle. You can cancel your subscription, but we will still fulfill the remaining 3 months of your plan and then stop deliveries.
Automatic Renewal Terms: With respect of PCB’s subscriptions subject to automatic renewal, you agree that once you have expressly agreed for your credit card to be charged on a recurring basis, and agreed to the amount of the recurring charges, PCB may submit periodic charges (e.g., monthly) to your chosen payment method without further authorization from you, until you provide prior notice at any time that you wish to terminate this authorization or to change your payment method. You agree that such notice will not affect charges submitted before PCB reasonably could act. Information on how to cancel is described below.
Fees and Billing: Prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. You agree to pay in full the price for each PCB Service involving your purchase of a product by credit card, debit card, or by any other payment means acceptable to PCB as each payment, if any, is due. You agree to pay all applicable taxes, if any. If PCB does not receive timely payment from your credit card or debit card issuer or its agents, you agree to pay all amounts due upon demand by us. Unless otherwise indicated, our total price for any PCB Service involving your purchase of a product will include shipping and handling fees.
Shipping Policy:
We ship to all 50 states but do not ship internationally. All orders are processed within 203 business days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay, we will inform you.
Risk of Loss: A third-party carrier will ship any merchandise you purchase from our Site. Title and risk of loss for such merchandise will pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.
Termination:
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
Accounts
Member Account, Password, and Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account, if any. You agree to: (a) immediately notify PCB of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other security breach, and (b) ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each Site session. PCB will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this Section.
Account Information: In the course of your use of the Site or PCB Services, we may ask you for certain information including your name, email address, mailing address and credit card information (collectively, "Account Information"). Your Account Information must be up-to-date and accurate at all times. You agree that you are solely responsible for the accuracy and content of your Account Information. PCB Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference, explains what information we collect from you, how we collect it, how we use it, and how we protect it.
Account Transfer Prohibited: You may not transfer or sell your PCB account or username to any other party. You are fully responsible for all activity of your PCB account and username.
Eligibility & Restrictions of use
Pure Canna Box Right to Revoke, Suspend, or Restrict Eligibility: PCB reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel unconfirmed or inactive accounts. PCB may, in its sole discretion, for any reason, at any time, revoke, suspend, or restrict your access to the Site or any PCB Service. If PCB bans you from the Site or any Service, you may not return to the Site or use that PCB Service for any reason or in any manner including with a new username or identity. In the event that you return, or attempt to return, to the Site or use the PCB Service after you've been banned, you will be deemed to have breached this Agreement, and PCB reserves the right to pursue all rights and remedies available at law or in equity with respect to such breach.
Eligibility of use: Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children"). If you are under 18 years of age you are not authorized to visit our site. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Information, please contact us. If we discover that a child under 18 has provided us with Personal Information, we will delete such information from our servers immediately.
Site Content & Intellectual Property
General Practices Regarding Site Use and Storage: You acknowledge that PCB may establish general practices and limits concerning Site use and storage. You agree that PCB has no responsibility or liability for the deletion, failure to delete or failure to store any reviews, product designs, data or other content the Site maintains or transmits. You acknowledge that PCB may, in its sole discretion, change these general practices and limits at any time, with or without notice to you.
Site Content: Other than content submitted to the PCB Online Community by users ("User Content"), we own, exclusively, all rights, title, and interest in and to the Site including all content, code, data, materials, the look and feel, design, and organization of the Site, and the compilation of the Site content, code, data, and materials (collectively, "Site Content"), including all copyrights, trademark rights, patent rights, database rights, moral rights, sui generis rights, and other intellectual property and proprietary rights therein. To the extent that we don't own any Site Content, we have secured a license from the owner or licensor of such Site Content granting us the right to display it on the Site. Your use of the Site does not grant you ownership of any kind in any Site Content. Except as provided in these Terms of Use, you agree not to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, sell, license, or otherwise exploit any Site Content without PCB’s prior written permission.
You may access and view the Site Content and make single copies or prints of the Site Content at your own sole risk, only for your personal, non-commercial, and internal use.
Trademarks: The trademarks, logos, service marks, and trade names (collectively the "Trademarks") displayed in the PCB’s Online Community or through the PCB Services are registered and unregistered Trademarks of ours and others and may not be used in connection with products and/or services that are not related to, associated with, or sponsored by their rights holders, or that are likely to cause customer confusion, or in any manner that disparages or discredits the rights holders. All Trademarks not owned by us that appear in the PCB Online Community or through the PCB Services, if any, are the property of their respective owners. Nothing contained on the Site grants, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, or should be construed as granting, any license or right to use any of the Trademarks displayed in the
PCB Online Community without our written permission or that of the third-party rights holder.
Links to other websites: PCB partners with some of the most reputable farmers and cultivators in the United States. A high majority of the products we sell will have lab results available, either directly on the listing or upon customer request. These lab results are independent of PCB and should be treated as such.

Liability
This website is intended for commercial use for United States citizens. PCB ships across the United States. However, it is up the consumer to know their state's and county's laws. By purchasing any product or subscription on this website you agree to indemnify PCB and its agents, officers, directors and employees harmless from and against any and all liabilities, losses, damages, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from or growing out of any acts or omissions you commit, including but not limited to, violation of any applicable law, regulation, or order.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed in accordance with the laws of the state of California, United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid by any court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of these Terms, which shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or any other term or condition
Changes
We may update the content on the Site and the App from time to time. In addition, PCB reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time by updating this posting; provided any material modifications will only be applied prospectively. Any changes to the Terms will be in effect as of the “Last Updated Date” referenced on the Site. You are encouraged to review these Terms each time you use the Site or the App and prior to purchasing any product or service that are available through this Site or the App. Your continued use of the Site or the App after the posting of changes will constitute your acceptance of and agreement with such changes.
