All Pure Canna Box purchases, both subscription and Market purchases, are nonrefundable and we do not accept returns or exchanges. Any returns made to us will not be eligible for a refund.

If you have received a damaged product, or if you are missing a product, please email our Support Team at support@purecannabox.com within two (2) weeks of delivery, and we will assist you with getting the item replaced! In order to help us expedite replacement of any damaged product, please include a photo of the damages when reaching out to our Support Team.

If your delivery is missing, we must be notified via email within two (2) weeks of receiving your tracking information. If Pure Canna Box is not notified within that time frame, we can no longer be held accountable for the missing items and will not be able to offer a replacement or refund. All refunds are granted at the sole discretion of Pure Canna Box.

Monthly Members can cancel their Pure Canna Box subscription(s) at any time before their next renewal date to prevent the subscription from renewing. There is no cancellation fee.

If you are unsure when your next renewal date is, please send an email to support@purecannabox.com and we can look into this for you. You can also view your renewal date info by logging into your account!

Unfortunately at this time, you can only cancel a subscription. Monthly Members can cancel their Pure Canna Box subscription(s) at any time before their next renewal date to prevent the subscription from renewing. Please log into your accounnt and update your preferenes.

Your boxes will ship out within 2-5 business days of your first order and by the 18th every month thereafter.

We are working hard to normalize cbd and it’s wholesome wellness. This is why we don't ship in discreet packaging. That said, we understand everyone’s situation is different. CBD and Cannabis are studied in length for its ability to help people deal with traumatic events, chronic pain and overall wellness. Advocates and researchers believe that legal access to medical cannabis could potentially alleviate the opioid addiction crisis that has been reported among veterans.

According to the Department of Veterans Affairs, an estimated 65% of veterans suffer from chronic pain and are twice as likely to die from an accidental prescription opioid overdose as non-veterans. As such, many veterans are looking for alternatives to highly addictive and potentially dangerous opioid medications—like medical marijuana and CBD.

Many doctors, including the VA, will turn Vets and LTD folks away should they inquire about CBD, because of the federal classification on cannabis and other cannabinoids. This is still the case even though CBD itself is legal under the 2018 Farm Bill.
