I am unfamiliar with CBD and was curious about it to help manage my stress levels. The box comes with a small booklet that explains the benefits of CBD, how it can help you, and a "journal" to keep track of your doses so you can figure out what is best for you and your lifestyle. It also has a small print out that tells you a little about each product and how to use it. I am definitely going to start subscribing to the monthly box. If this starter box can help me feel a lot more calm during a really stressful period, I'm very excited (and relieved) to see what this subscription service can do for me!

This was my first real experience with a CBD oil. I put it in my morning coffee and it was wonderful. It really helped me during the work day to stay calm and focused.
